Så folk blev nysgerrige på, hvorfor der hele tiden var fyldt, og så gik det lidt slag i slag,” forklarer hun. Da vi møder hende er hun netop hjemvendt fra Nibe-festivalen, hvor vi havde en bod. Det var faktisk historisk, fordi det var den første eksterne spise leverandør til den populære festival, der ellers plejer at stå for al mad driften selv.

Et nyt koncept blev også udviklet som de første i Danmark. Et slags bland selv paradis med sushi. Vi var født og åbnede i gade. Det er tydeligt, at de ikke har været bange for at tage chancer igennem deres liv sammen. De er en stærk forretning duo, som komplimenterer hinanden bedst muligt. Det med chancer hænger meget godt sammen med, at det var en misforståelse, der fik franchise-bølgen til at vokse for Odense.
